The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on cocomutts.co.uk. Using this website and/or placing an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions listed are subject to change at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Any orders placed with us are subject to acceptance in accordance with our terms and conditions herewith listed. All orders placed on our website will be acknowledged electronically by e-mail, and all telephone orders will be acknowledged verbally at the time of order. Please note that electronic and verbal acknowledgements do not constitute order confirmation or order acceptance. Your order will be accepted and the contract between you and us will take place upon dispatch of your goods.
We aim to ship all online orders as soon as possible once the order is received. An email will be sent to inform you when the order has been dispatched. Most orders are sent via Royal Mail and should be delivered within 5 working days. If your order has not been received within 5 working days, please email us on email@example.com and we will investigate this further for you.
CocoMutts currently offers free standard delivery on all orders regardless of value, however, this is an introductory offer and may be subject to change. Please allow upto 5 working days for free standard delivery. Expedited delivery will be available soon as a chargeable option.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include all taxes at current rates.
CocoMutts uses PayPal to process all payments. A PayPal account is not required. Payments are accepted using most major Credit or Debit cards. PayPal is the worlds largest payment provider, ensuring your security.
Availability Of Goods
All products offered on our website are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. For items not in stock you will be contacted by e-mail with a delivery date. Credit cards are charged at the time of order, should there be a delay of more than 7 days then the option to: a) wait b) select a different product, or c) a full refund will be offered.
If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
Returns And Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from delivery. You must notify us by e-mail of your intention to cancel within 7 working days from delivery. After notification we will issue you a returns number that you must quote on the paperwork when returning the goods, along with return instructions and the postal address to send the goods back to.
must be returned ‘AS SOLD’ in the original sealed packaging. Goods must be complete, unused, and in ‘AS NEW’ condition. If you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the product in any way and must be re-packaged as received. Goods must be returned to our returns department within 14 days from authorisation. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 14 days.
Any ‘FREE GIFTS’ with the products must also be returned.
Full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and only after a full inspection of the goods by our returns department to check for completeness and correct product return.
Goods received back complete, as new, unused and in original packaging including any accessories and free gifts and in a re-sellable condition will be refunded the full invoice amount less a restocking fee of £1.95. The cost of return postage must also be met by the customer. We cannot accept any responsibility for the loss of goods whilst in transit to us. We would recommend using only a tracked or signed for service.
All refunds will be made via paypal. If a PayPal balance was used for payment, this is usually instant. If payment was made using a credit/debit card or bank account, this could take upto 4 days to appear on your statement. PayPal will issue confirmation of the refund by e-mail immediately after processing.
We are unable to accept goods back that are not in a re-sellable condition, these goods will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.
Damaged Or Faulty Goods
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be faulty in any way please contact us by e-mail as soon as possible after inspection. After notification we will issue you a returns number that you must quote on the paperwork when returning the goods, along with return instructions and the postal address to send the goods back to.
Upon return, the goods will be inspected by our returns department. If the goods are confirmed to be damaged, faulty or otherwise unfit for use a replacement will be dispatched. The cost of your return postage will also be refunded to your account.
Upon inspection, if the goods are discovered to be undamaged and fit for re-sale, we will issue a replacement or refund if required, however the outbound and incoming postage charges will not be returned to you.
